Run This Town
Work requires me to travel. I’ve made it a habit to gor for a run wherever I go at least once. That’s not only necessary to keep up my training, it is also the best way to immerse yourself in a different environment.
It can be difficult to maintain a proper training structure when life or work mess with your plans. Still, I love traveling, even if it is for work. But it also requires me to adjust my training and plan ahead. Over the years I made it a habit to go for a run at least once wherever my travels guide me. These adventures are collected here.
In each post there is at least one route for a 6 to 10k run, usually fairly close to the city center. Oftentimes there are a few pictures and travel notes included as well. So when you are looking for a place to run on your next trip, maybe there is something in here for you.
